Stephanie Pratt

Stephanie is a key member of our Wills and Succession team. Based in our Cupar and Perth offices, she advises clients throughout Fife, Perthshire and further afield on Wills, Executries, Succession Planning and Asset Protection, Capital Taxes, establishment and administration of Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.  Clients welcome her calm and practical approach when providing advice on such matters.

Stephanie’s area of interest lies in advising farmers and landowners on their succession planning including advice on Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief. She works closely with our Land & Rural Business Teams to provide tailored advice  to such clients on their Will and Succession planning requirements.

Stephanie is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having completed her exams in 2017.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a Board Member of a local charity that provides self catering holiday facilities to those who are affected by disability, and in her spare time is a keen gardener.
