Sarah is a Partner in our specialist Private Client Team. Her friendly and practical approach is appreciated by clients as she advises them on a variety of private client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate and succession planning and executry administration. She also adminsiters the Trust for the Trustees of the Sinclair Trust.
Sarah is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and was awarded a STEP Worldwide Excellence Award for obtaining the top scoring mark in Scotland for the Wills and Executries: Law and Practice examination and achieved distinction in all four examinations.
