Ruth is a Paralegal in our Personal Injury team, based in Dundee. Working alongside Kathleen-Erin Lawson, she manages a caseload of road traffic accident, occupiers liability and public liability claims.
Joining Thorntons in 2006, Ruth moved into this role in 2010 and has a CLT Paralegal Qualification in Reparation Law, graduating in 2013 from Strathclyde University. She understands how stressful making a claim can be for clients and ensures they are dealt with sympathetically, clearly explaining the claims process and keeping them updated throughout the claim’s progression.
