Ross is a third seat Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team. He joined Thorntons in September 2023 and completed his first seats in Corporate and Personal Injury.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow, which included an Erasmus year at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Prior to commencing his Training Contract, Ross completed internships at a green technology venture capital firm and in the legal team of a leading investment management firm.
Away from the office, Ross holds a voluntary role at Greenbackers as an Under 30 Climate Ambassador, which helps him stay engaged with young professionals interested in the commercial side of green innovation.
