As a Children’s Panel Member since 2018, Rebecca has gained valuable experience in child welfare matters, working to protect the rights of children and ensure fair outcomes in legal proceedings.
Rebecca's commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals extends beyond her legal practice. She has completed the Scottish Women's Rights Centre's Approved Domestic Abuse Training, which has enhanced her understanding of domestic abuse legislation in Scotland and provided her with the knowledge of best practices when supporting people who have experienced abuse. This training informs her empathetic approach to family law, enabling her to advocate effectively for protective orders and provide sensitive support for clients in difficult situations.
