Morna Coutts

Morna is partner in our Edinburgh Office and has more than 20 years’ experience advising on private client matters.

She has a broad practice, but specialises in asset protection advice for high net worth individuals and their families, with particular expertise in advising farmers and landowners, business owners and lottery winners.

Morna regularly advises clients on Wills, succession planning, capital tax mitigation, estate administration, powers of attorney and partnership arrangements. She also has extensive experience with regard to the establishment, administration and winding up of trusts, including trusts for personal injury damages, and has advised on non UK resident trusts.

Morna is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is a Notary Public.
