Megan Craig

Working alongside Liam McMonagle, Kirsty Stewart and Morgan O’Neill, Megan is a Senior Solicitor in our specialist Intellectual Property team.

Megan advises clients on a variety of issues relating to commercial contacts, data protection and IT outsourcing. She acts for a diverse client base including charities, universities and tech start-ups.

Megan has a keen interest in IP and technology. She gained a broad range of experience from training and qualifying at a global firm including negotiating complex R&D agreements for a large regulated entity and advising a bio-tech start up on IP protection.

Megan is well known for providing considered and commercially focussed advice which she tailors to her client’s individual needs.

Megan is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and the Scottish branch of IP Inclusive. She is also a Notary Public.
