Lois Legge

A Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate team in Inverness, Lois completed her Traineeship with Thorntons and now works alongside John Smart, Paul Adams and Yasmin Myles.

She advises clients on a broad range of commercial property matters including property sales, purchases and commercial leasing transactions, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.   Lois also advises landowners and developers on renewable projects, including wind farm, solar and battery storage.

Lois prides herself on providing a responsive and solutions focused service. Identifying potential pitfalls or challenges before they develop.

Away from the office, Lois heads up the Inverness Young Professionals Network. Recognising that building and developing strong relationships is key within professional services.
