Lewis Quinn

Lewis is a Solicitor in the Corporate Ventures and Innovations team, specialising in guiding entrepreneurs and startups from concept to exit with tailored, practical, and commercially focused legal support. He provides comprehensive advice on structuring, fundraising, and managing share incentive schemes, with deep experience in supporting high-growth companies through various stages of fundraising, from individual investors to global venture capital firms across multiple sectors. Lewis adopts a business-centric approach with his clients, taking the time to understand their operations, challenges, and opportunities.

In addition to his legal practice, Lewis is an accredited Legal Technologist with the Law Society of Scotland. Since joining Thorntons in 2018, he has played a key role in driving operational innovation and delivering client-facing solutions. He leads corporate, commercial, and business service teams in digital transformation efforts, overseeing impactful projects from problem identification to market implementation. Lewis also supports Thorntons’ broader digital strategy, particularly in leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, and assists LegalTech clients in expanding into new markets.
