Kyle Moir

A Partner in our Commercial Real Estate team, Kyle has specialised in commercial property matters for 15 years.

He regularly advises clients on development site acquisition and disposals, funding and securities, commercial and residential leases, investment property, portfolio acquisition and disposal, and property developments. He also has considerable experience in advising clients in land and rural matters including, access and other agreements associated with wind farm developments, securing land options for developers, putting leases in place and dealing with the property aspects of financing and security for farms, lenders and developers.

Kyle's clients include local and national businesses, governmental agencies, healthcare providers, retail businesses, financers and major PLCs.
