Jenna is Property Letting Manager for North East Fife, Tayside and Angus. She brings 25 years’ experience, as well as her LLB Law degree, CeMap and Letwell qualifications, to her management role.
Jenna is responsible for managing the department, helping landlords who wish to let their property, giving advice on the necessary safety certificates and property market value, handling complaints, carrying out HMO inspections and viewings, and liaising with contractors and tenants.
Jenna and her team pride themselves on being approachable, friendly and extremely conscientious, with a desire to get the job done and well. Open communication between both tenants and landlords is seen as key to offering the highest level of service, and the team are highly responsive to tenant enquiries and reported maintenance issues. This attitude is reflected in the good relationships that they have with client landlords, tenants and contractors.
