Jayne is a knowledgeable and experienced solicitor and joined the firm in February 2023 as a Partner. Jayne acts for clients across numerous aspects of commercial real estate in various sectors with experience in investment, development, retail, industrial, office and mixed use. Jayne has also acted for investor clients on the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions.
Jayne acts for a broad range of clients with property interests across the whole of Scotland including acting for investors, retailers, landowners and developers in connection with acquisitions and disposals for investment and development, leasing, property finance and running the ongoing asset management of a number of multi occupancy investments.
Jayne is efficient, friendly and approachable and treats each client individually by catering to their specific needs and tailoring her approach to suit them.
