Jamie is a Senior Solicitor in our specialist Personal Injury team, with over 9 years’ experience in personal injury law working for both pursuers and defenders.

He advises clients on a wide range of personal injury claims, including those injured in road traffic accidents, fatal claims, accidents at work, public liability claims, occupiers’ liability claims, clinical negligence claims, uninsured loss and Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority claims. His experience in managing claims means he understands the importance of establishing genuine rapport, providing the highest level of client service and helping clients by negotiating the maximum amount of compensation possible.

Jamie represents clients in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, including the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court, and deals with cases in the Court of Session. He has also appeared at Appeal to the First-Tier Tribunal for clients who suffered criminal injuries sustained from serious and sexual assaults.
