With over 15 years’ experience, James is a Legal Director in the Private Client team in Edinburgh. He advises individuals and families on a wide range of issues including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, Inheritance Tax Planning and asset protection.
James completed his BA Law at the University of Abertay Dundee in 2002 before undertaking the graduate entry LLB at the University of Strathclyde and the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law. He then undertook his legal traineeship with a large Private Client Firm in Dundee before working in a large central Scotland firm.
James has appeared on BBC Radio on several occasions as well as local radio to give advice on a variety of topics.
