Working alongside Graham Taylor in the Montrose office, Helen is a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in our busy Angus Residential Property team.

A member of the Scottish Paralegal Association and a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal, Helen handles house purchase and sales, transfers of title, re-mortgages, discharges, and evacuation of survivorship destinations, with a particular interest in resolving title deed issues in house purchases.

Approachable and helpful, Helen has 17 years of experience in this client-facing role and works to make the process as stress free as possible for her clients, being on hand to answer questions and keeping them updated throughout the process.
