Hannah Smethurst

Hannah is a Solicitor in our Corporate Ventures and Innovations team, working alongside Alistair Lang, and specialising in advising early stage companies, including start-ups and spin-outs. She assists clients with a range of corporate and commercial matters ranging from options schemes and investment rounds to commercial contracts, software agreements, and licensing arrangements.

Having completed an LLM in Innovation, Technology and the Law, Hannah brings unique experience and expertise to the team, and enjoys advising entrepreneurs at all stages across numerous sectors, from life sciences to gaming. 

Hannah's clients range from individual founders and SME's to large international companies, all of whom appreciate her fast response to issues and technical knowledge, combined with her commercial approach and understanding of their unique needs.

Hannah is also a Notary Public.
