Hannah deals with the sale and purchase of residential properties, transfers of title, re-mortgages and equity release, she also specialises in supporting investors with building their property portfolios. Hannah has experience of assisting clients in buying properties at auction, as well as acting for both UK based and overseas clients, and is familiar with the complexities that can arise for overseas buyers.

In addition, her exhaustive knowledge of the Help to Buy scheme and purchasing new build properties make her very popular with first-time buyers.

Hannah’s wide-ranging technical knowledge aside, clients enjoy working with her because of her friendly and approachable manner, and her commitment to keeping them up-to-date and fully informed at every step along the way. Very much a ‘people-person’, ensuring her clients feel comfortable and reassured throughout a transaction is one of her main priorities.
