Eilidh Withers

A Solicitor in our Family Law and Commercial Litigation teams in Glasgow, Eilidh works alongside Consultant John Mackenzie and Partner Stephanie Carr

She advises individuals and families on all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements and child issues such as residence, contact and adoption. In Commercial Litigation, Eilidh assists individuals and businesses with commercial dispute resolution and litigation, including contract disputes, consumer rights issues, debt recovery and insolvency matters.  Eilidh regularly appears in the Sheriff Courts across Scotland in family and commercial cases.  

Eilidh has a Masters in International Law from the University of Glasgow, and is recognised by clients for her pragmatic and clear approach during what can often be a difficult time.
