Eilidh Withers

She advises individuals and families on all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements and child issues such as residence, contact and adoption. Eilidh regularly appears in the Sheriff Courts across Scotland in family cases.  

Eilidh has a Masters in International Law from the University of Glasgow and is recognised by clients for her pragmatic and clear approach during what can often be a difficult time.
