Corah Franco

Corah is a Senior Solicitor in the Dundee Private Client team, working alongside Partner Chris Gardiner.

She advises on a broad range of Private Client matters, including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney as well as the creation of Trusts (including Charitable Trusts) and Executry administration (both Testate and Intestate, including obtaining Confirmation – ‘Scottish Probate’). Corah also advises individuals and families with Inheritance Tax Planning, Care Cost Planning and Legal Rights issues. 

Corah is an accredited member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), the leading worldwide body for practitioners in the fields of Trusts, Estates and related issues. She is also a member of The Rotary Club of Dundee. Corah is also a Notary Public.
