Charlotte Parker-Smith

A Solicitor in our specialist Data Protection team, Charlotte advises a variety of clients including individuals, private companies and education providers clients on a range of matters relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, including compliance, drafting and reviewing data protection provisions in commercial contracts, advising on data policies and notices and matters relating to international transfers of data.

Charlotte has a particularly interest in facilitating the rights of individuals in relation to their personal data, such as advising on data subject access requests.

Charlotte is recognised for her clear, commercially focused advice while taking account of each client’s individual objectives.
