A Solicitor in the specialist Personal Injury team, Catriona advises individuals on a range of Personal Injury claims including; accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability, occupiers’ liability and clinical negligence claims. She also has experience assisting survivors of historic abuse in Scotland obtain compensation through the courts and the Scottish Redress Scheme.
Catriona deals with cases in the Sheriff Court across Scotland, as well as progressing actions in the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court and assisting with cases in the Court of Session.
She is recognised for her empathetic and supportive approach to clients who are going through an uncertain and stressful time.
Catriona is currently a Non-Executive Committee Member of the Scottish Young Lawyers Association 2024/2025, and a Notary Public.
