Caroline is a Trainee Executry Manager in our Private Client team.
Working alongside Partner Susan Duff in Cupar, Caroline helps clients through the whole executry administration process from start to finish. She looks after the day-to-day administration of executry estates including assisting executors in winding up an estate and dealing with Inheritance Tax issues.
Caroline has over 20 years’ experience in the legal profession. She has previously worked in the fields of Business Law, Intellectual Property and Personal Injury.
Caroline has also recently started working towards her Wills, Trusts and Executries paralegal qualification with CLT (Central Law Training Scotland).
