Based in Dundee, Beth is a Paralegal in our busy Residential Conveyancing team, working with Partner Steven Drake. She has a LLB Honours degree from Abertay University and is currently working towards her Paralegal Law Society accreditation.
Beth deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title, with matrimonial transfers of title being of particular interest to her. She usually advises private individuals, but has also worked with commercial clients moving into the residential property sector.
Knowing that property transactions can be stressful for clients, Beth is on hand through every step of process, with regular updates, prompt responses to any queries, and clear explanations of the legal processes.
