Ben Ager

A Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team, Ben works alongside Partners Mike Kemp and Anne Miller.

He advises individuals, SME’s, charities and universities on commercial dispute resolution and litigation matters including; commercial debt recovery, consumer debt, property disputes, contractual disputes, and telecommunications.

Ben offers pragmatic and resolution focused advice with each client’s best interests at the forefront of decision making. His approach to resolving and settling disputes, pre-litigation is welcomed by many clients, however where resolution isn’t possible, he progresses matters by raising or defending court proceedings. 

Ben believes in developing strong relationships with his clients, understanding that each client’s needs are unique to their circumstances.
