A Solicitor in our Family Law team working alongside Partner John Mackenzie, Ashley advises clients on all aspects of family law including; separation, divorce, cohabitation matters and child issues such as residence and contact.
Ashley has exclusively practised in family law since she qualified as a Solicitor in 2021 and has particular experience advising clients on residence disputes and child contact issues. She has also regularly appeared in Sheriff Courts across Scotland.
Ashley is well known by her clients for her approachable nature and sensitivity. She understands that her clients are often faced with both challenging and difficult circumstances.
Outside of the office, Ashley is a family law tutor at the University of Edinburgh. She also volunteers as a supervising solicitor for the University of Edinburgh’s Free Legal Advice Centre.
