Annie Muir

A Solicitor in our Personal Injury team, Annie advises clients on a wide range of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, clinical negligence and accidents in public places involving occupiers liability and public liability.Annie has experience dealing with catastrophic injury claims involving amputations, along with loss of society claims helping secure compensation for family members following the loss of a loved one. 

Annie also deals with litigated cases in both the local Sheriff Courts and the All Scotland Personal Injury Court. She has a particular interest in litigation involving workplace accident and road traffic collisions.

Annie has experience in assisting survivors of historic abuse in Scotland obtain compensation: advising them on the right to pursue claims through the courts and the newly established Redress Scheme

Annie enjoys helping people and understands that making a personal injury claim is a difficult period in life so she is well known for her sensitive and understanding manner. Annie is dedicated to providing a first class service to all her clients throughout the entire claims process and strives to help them secure maximum compensation.

Annie is a supervising solicitors at the Dundee University Law Clinic which provides pro bono legal services to members of the public who are otherwise unable to access legal advice
