Anne is a Senior Executry Manager in our Private Client team in Fife working with Audrey Dishington. She advises on intestate estates, testate estates, foreign estates, legal rights, appropriations, Inheritance Tax, Deeds of Variation and preparation of Executry Accounts for clients, and has over 20 years’ experience in this area. She is also a Scottish Law Accountant and has been a member of Solicitors of Law Accountants in Scotland since the 1980s.
Anne is conscious when dealing with clients coping with the executry process that they have lost a loved one and can sometimes find the process of the administration frustrating and upsetting. She strives to bridge this gap with kindness and understanding whilst endeavouring to progress matters as quickly and efficiently as possible for her client.
