Working alongside Partner Stephanie Pratt, Ailidh advises clients on a wide range of matters including executry administration (both testate and intestate), the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and the creation of trusts. She can also assist with Inheritance Tax (IHT) Planning and legal rights issues. Ailidh is particularly interested in executries with foreign aspects.
Ailidh aims to always be approachable and focuses on advising her clients in straightforward language to ensure their understanding. She tries to always apply practical solutions for her clients and enjoys building strong working relationships with them.
Ailidh is also a STEP Trust and Estate Practioner (TEP), a Notary Public and a Scottish Law Accountant. In 2020, she was awarded the Worldwide Excellence Award for the STEP Advanced Certificate in Taxation of Trusts and Estates (Scotland).
