Leading legal and property firm Thorntons has welcomed an experienced property manager to its team to cover South and West Fife.
Gavin Venters, who has 19 years’ experience in property valuations, has been appointed as Dunfermline property manager.
Gavin will specialise in giving pre marketing advice to clients to ensure they achieve the best price possible for their home.
He will also bring with him an extensive knowledge of the buy to let and property development markets to his new role at Thorntons.
The firm already has offices in Edinburgh and Kirkcaldy but the appointment of Gavin means there is a dedicated property manager to cover the Dunfermline area.
Gavin, who joined the firm recently, has nearly 20 years of experience in Fife having worked for both independent and solicitor estate agents.
