One of Scotland’s leading law firms, Thorntons, has recognised the commitment and outstanding work ethic of six solicitors this month by promoting three solicitors to senior solicitors and a further three senior solicitors to associates.
Four promotions have been announced within Thorntons’ Edinburgh operation at Citypoint Haymarket and two based within Dundee at Yeaman Shore.
The three new Associates are Joanne Clancy and Lauren Fettes from Personal Injury in Edinburgh and Neil Falconer from Intellectual Property in Edinburgh.
Rachel Anderson and Rachel High, both from Private Client in Dundee have been promoted to senior solicitors alongside Michaela Dougan from Personal Injury in Edinburgh.
Three of the newly promoted team previously completed their traineeships with Thorntons further demonstrating the firm’s commitment to career development and recognising the strong grounding developed as a trainee.
