Social Housing Webinar | Reorganisation in the Social Housing sector

Social Housing Webinar | Reorganisation in the Social Housing sector

No one in the RSL sector is oblivious to the financial constraints that the sector is having to contend with.  Lack of funding, tenants in financial crisis, the impact of rent freezes have all contributed to RSL’s having to look at those areas they can control whilst still meeting their obligations to tenants, the SHR and Government.

It is therefore not surprising that many are looking at some form of reorganisation.  This can vary from the need to reduce headcount through redundancies through to looking at savings through changing terms and conditions, to looking at ways in which RSL’s can collaborate together for more effective delivery and management of costs.

This webinar is aimed at senior managers and directors who may be involved in assessing the needs for reorganisation. Employment Law specialist Noele McClelland will discuss the legal implications and bear traps to look out for.
