On 1 January 2021, freedom of movement between the UK and the EU will end and a new points-based immigration system will be introduced for EU and non-EU nationals. These upcoming changes are some of the most significant to UK immigration laws in recent years and they will transform the way foreign nationals come to live and work in the UK.
