On 1 January 2021, freedom of movement between the UK and the EU will end and a new points-based immigration system will be introduced for EU and non-EU nationals. These upcoming changes are some of the most significant to UK immigration laws in recent years and they will transform the way foreign nationals come to live and work in the UK.
Immigration specialist, Gurjit Pall hosted a short webinar to guide employers through the new immigration system and to help them prepare for the changes. In this webinar recording, Gurjit shares practical steps that organisations can take now to ensure they are still able to attract the right talent for the role.
