Leading estate agency, Thorntons Property Services, has announced the appointment of a new Perth property manager. Colin Emslie has more than a decade's experience in the property market and is looking forward to bringing his knowledge and experience to his new role at Thorntons.
He said: "I am thrilled to be joining Thorntons which has a fantastic reputation for its property services in Perthshire and Tayside.
"The property market is experiencing encouraging activity, especially since the turn of the year, and Thorntons is in an excellent position to offer its assistance to both buyers and sellers.
"I have been extremely impressed by how knowledgeable and dedicated the Perth team are to offering excellent customer service and I am eager to start work to help improve and enhance this service even further."
Colin, who was born in Montrose but has lived in Ballindean, near Abernyte, for 27 years, has worked across various industries, including oil and gas, insurance and the prison service. "He is a valued addition to our Perth office and his knowledge and enthusiasm will be of great benefit to the staff working alongside him.
