As the furlough scheme is being tapered down and with restrictions gradually being eased businesses are beginning to think about their employees returning to work, either from home working or from furlough.
Many employees, who will have become accustomed to working from home, and may have a desire to continue to do so longer term, while others will be keen to return to the workplace, and some may seek a flexible approach between the two. What will the workplace look like now so many more employees have experienced this flexibility and does this approach fit with your business’s operational needs? What will your new ‘normal’ business operation look like?
