Thorntons will host an East Neuk Hustings Evening on Friday, 1 May, at Anstruther Town Hall, which will be moderated by former DC Thomson political editor, Steve Bargeton.
The five candidates - including Huw Bell, Conservative Party; Tim Brett, Liberal Democrats; Andy Collins, Green Party; Stephen Gethins, SNP and Brian Thomson, Labour - will take part in a debate and will also answer questions from the audience
Douglas Kinnear from Thorntons in Anstruther, said: "We are delighted to give the local community the chance to hear from the area's candidates and we think it will be a very informative and interesting evening for the people of North East Fife.
"This free event will offer a great opportunity for members of the public to address their local councillors while they engage in debate ahead of the upcoming election.
"At Thorntons Anstruther, we are dedicated to engaging with the local community and would encourage anyone able to attend to register quickly to avoid disappointment."
