Thorntons Property Services, Operations Manager, Yvonne oversees all of our estate agency branches across Scotland. She works closely with the team in each branch to deliver a great service to our property clients. She has 25 years’ experience in estate agency, and is SPC Property Practice Certificated and accredited by the Law Society of Scotland.
Yvonne works as part of the Senior Property team to provide operational leadership across Thorntons Estate Agency, helping manage change effectively through embedding a culture of continuous improvement. With the focus on making the property buying and selling process as smooth as possible, she monitors and reviews processes and working methods, as well as analysing systems, to maximise their efficiency and effectiveness. She makes sure we have enough staff across our estate agency network and works to maximise opportunities for clients.
