Vicki Alexander

A Senior Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate team, Vicki advises both individual and business clients on a range of commercial property matters. She regularly assists clients with commercial acquisitions and disposals, development purchases, security work and leases on behalf of both landlord and tenant.

Vicki has a particular interest in the sale and acquisition of commercial property and commercial leasing, and has experience in acting on behalf of lenders in commercial property transactions. 

Vicki’s recent experience includes acting on behalf of a local authority in the transfer of a portfolio of sheltered housing complexes from a local charity. 

It is important to Vicki that her clients receive the best client experience, and is well known for her fast responses and clear communication. Vicki is also a Notary Public.
