Teresa is a Conveyancing Paralegal in our busy St Andrews property team, working with colleagues Sandy Grant, Douglas Kinnear, Gillian Leckie and James Martin to provide a full property legal service to clients. With 26 years’ experience in the property field, Teresa she also has a Certificate of Professional Development in Conveyancing Practice from the University of Strathclyde and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland.
Approachable and friendly, Teresa is on hand for clients throughout the conveyancing process and can help them with all aspects of conveyancing including buying and selling property, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges.
