With over 30 years’ experience in the legal sector, Susan is a Conveyancing Paralegal in our Anstruther Residential Property team. She works with Grant Hamilton and Zoe Stevenson, and deals with property sales, purchases, re-mortgages, discharges and transfers of title for clients. Approachable and friendly, she particularly enjoys looking after first-time buyers and aims to make the process as simple and stress free for them as possible.
Having grown up and still living in the East Neuk of Fife, as well as working in both Anstruther and St Andrews all her working career, Susan has excellent local knowledge of the property market. She has a Certificate of Performance in Specialist Paralegal Studies in Residential Conveyancing from University of Strathclyde.
