An Accredited Conveyancing Paralegal in our Edinburgh Residential Property team, Sandra has over 30 years’ experience working in a law firm and seven as a qualified Paralegal. Working alongside Hannah Fraser, Sandra deals with the sales and purchases of residential properties for clients, including transfers of title, re-mortgages, discharges of securities, and new build properties, with particular interest and knowledge on Help to Buy schemes and Lifetime ISAs.
A self-confessed people-person, Sandra loves making her clients happy, whether that is getting their dream home or achieving a good sale, and she works to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free for them.
