Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Residential Conveyancing, Rona is a Conveyancing Paralegal in our Perth team, working alongside supervising Partner Bruce Renfrew.
Rona has worked in property for over 35 years, in Morayshire, Edinburgh and Perth, and has extensive, high-level experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges. She also has in-depth knowledge of the Perthshire property market having worked in Perth for over 20 years.

She qualified at Strathclyde University as a Conveyancing Paralegal, an Advanced Conveyancing Paralegal and a Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal. In fact, she was actually on the first ever Strathclyde University Paralegal Course in 1990, and due to her surname starting with “A” she was technically the first person to be awarded the Paralegal Certificate in Scotland!
