Laura Franceschi

Laura is a Conveyancing Paralegal in our busy Dundee and Forfar Residential Property teams, working with Partner Steven Drake. She has been a Paralegal with us since 2016 and manages her own caseload of property transactions for both individuals and companies. She understands property buying and selling can be a stressful time for clients and likes to make matters as smooth as possible for them, keeping them regularly updated on the property process and being on hand to answer any queries.

Laura has experience in all aspects of conveyancing, including purchase and sales, new build properties, security work, transfers of title, remortgages and discharges. As well as her LLB degree, she has a Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Residential Conveyancing and Accredited Status from the Law Society of Scotland. She is currently studying towards her Diploma in Legal Practice.
