Fiona is part of our Commercial Real Estate team based in Dundee, working with Partners Nicola McCafferty and Ewan Miller. Client-focused and approachable, she handles sales and purchases, lease management transactions including variations, assignations, rent reviews and bank security work.
Fiona has experience dealing with both residential and commercial property transactions in Scotland. She has been a qualified Commercial Property Paralegal for 10 years, completed the Strathclyde University Commercial Property Conveyancing Paralegal Course and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland. Keen to develop further expertise, Fiona also completed a secondment with SSE for a year, where she dealt with grants of servitude rights for cables and overhead lines.
