Claire is a Conveyancing Paralegal in our Forfar Residential Property team. Working with Lynne Macintyre and Partner David Mathieson. She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfer of title, re-mortgages and discharge of standard securities.
With 21 years of experience in residential property, Claire always makes sure clients are at ease with their ongoing transactions and keeps them up to date throughout the process. She is a Law Society of Scotland accredited Paralegal and holds an SQA Professional Development Award in Conveyancing from Dundee and Angus College.
