Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Intellectual Property team. She assists clients on a range of Intellectual Property matters including copyright issues, Data Protection and GDPR, commercial contracts, Trade Marks and IP and software licensing.
Before joining Thorntons, Charlotte worked in Private Practice and has varied experience in private client law, conveyancing and court work including criminal, family and child law. She has also previously worked in the public sector focusing on regulatory law.
Despite her varied background Charlotte has always had a strong interest in Intellectual Property and in 2016, she studied International IP at Bonn University in Germany.
Charlotte is dedicated to providing her clients with friendly, thoughtful and thorough legal advice.
